If you are not able to log in, you should try these steps:

Is your user name correct?

When you first make an order, we ask you to print off your invoice that contains your user name and password. Your user name is NOT your invoice number, your email address, your phone number, or any personal information like that. You should see something that looks like this:

User name:   xxxxxxxxxxx
Password:    yyyyyyyyyyy

Use whatever your invoice has for xxxxxxxxxxx as your user name and yyyyyyyyyyy as your password. Make sure they are typed exactly as you see them (case-sensitive).

If you do not remember your user name, you can contact us to let us know. We may need to talk to you over the phone to verify your identity.

Is your password correct?

User names and passwords are case-sensitive. One of the more common problems is that people do not type their password properly. TOMMY2000andTWO is a different password than tommy2000andtwo. Also, make sure the Caps Lock is not on.

Is that a ONE or a lower case l?

Depending on how your computer displays the password in your email, a number 1 might look like a lower case l, or the other way around. Passwords are random, so there is no pattern there.

Is that a ZERO or the letter O?

Just like 1's and 0's, a number 0 might look like the letter O, or the other way around.

Remember to change your password!

Remember, always try to choose a unique password. Never use a password that you have seen before to help reduce the chance of others guessing it. It has to be at least six characters long.
